يسرنا ان نعلن فوز برنامج (قادة الغد للتبادل الثقافي الافتراضي) بالمركز الرابع في مبادرة “الحلم الذهبي” المقدمة من قبل هشام الذهبي وبدعم إدارة السندباد لاند والبنك المركزي العراقي في الحدث الذي أقيم يوم الاثنين 27/12/2021 على أرض السندباد لاند في بغداد. تم اختيار عشرة مشاركين للمرحلة النهائية في المبادرة بعد عملية اختيار وتقييم دقيقة من قبل اللجنة الاستشارية للمبادرة لأكثر من 2400 متقدم. حصل البرنامج على دعم مالي من قبل إدارة السندباد لاند. هذه الأموال سوف تخصص لتطوير البرنامج والتي ستسمح لنا بزيادة الفرص للطلاب المتقدمين على برنامجنا للسنة القادمة 2022. بدورنا، نشكر إدارة السندباد لاند والاستاذ هشام الذهبي وكافة أعضاء ولجنة مبادرة “الحلم الذهبي” على دعمهم القيم والذي سيصنع تغييراً ايجابياً في مستوى البرنامج. 

ما هو برنامج قادة الغد؟ 

برنامج قادة الغد هو برنامج تبادل ثقافي افتراضي لمدة 10 أسابيع خلال الصيف للطلاب الدوليين الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 14 سنة و19 سنة. موضوع البرنامج الاساسي لسنة 2022 هو (مهارات العمل مع الفريق.) نشاطات البرنامج تتكون من: جلسات حوار، اجتماعات فيديوية، ورشات عمل عبر الانترنت. يتعلم المشاركين عن الاختلاف الثقافي الموجود بين المشاركين من الدول المختلفة. تطور هذه النشاطات مهارات أساسية وهي تقبل الآراء المختلفة وتطوير مهارات الحوار والتعلم عن الثقافات المختلفة. كذلك يركز البرنامج على تطوير المهارات القيادية وبناء السلام وحل النزاعات عند المشاركين. لدينا الآن أكثر من 250 خريج من 27 دولة حول العالم على مدى ثلاث سنوات من عمل البرنامج.

We are glad to announce the winning of the (Leaders of Tomorrow Digital Exchange Program) in 4th place in the “Golden Dream” initiative presented by Husham Althahabi and sponsored by the Sindbad Land company and the Central Bank of Iraq in the Golden Dream event which took place on Monday, 27/12/2021 on the Sindbad Land stage in Baghdad, Iraq. 10 participants were selected among 2400 applicants for the final stage of the initiative after a selection and evaluation process by the initiative special committee. The program received a financial fund from the Sindbad Land company. These funds will be directed towards the development of this program, which will allow us to increase the number of our participants and the quality of content provided. We sincerely thank the administration of Sindbad Land and Mr. Husham Althahabi and all of the Golden Dream coordination committee for their valuable support that will result in a positive change towards the program’s mission. 

What is the Leaders of Tomorrow Digital Exchange Program  (LOT)?

Leaders Of Tomorrow (LOT), is a 10-week online exchange program for international youth between 14-19. The program’s main theme for 2022 is (Team Work). The program activities are going to be:- dialogue sessions, video calls, online workshops. Participants will be learning about cultural diversity, differences among other participants and accepting different mentalities. We have over 250 alumni from 27 countries around the world over the three years of the program’s operation.
